What I eat today:
- A big mug of black coffee upon waking up at 6.00 am
- Another mug of black coffee with a teaspoon of butter and a teaspoon of coconut oil at around 8.00 am
- 3 pieces of Marie biscuits dipped in the power coffee in no. 2. 😋 Reminded me of the smell and taste of childhood.
- A bowl of oak-leafed lettuce, young corn and one hard-boiled egg with homemade cheese sauce 😋.
- 3 pieces of Brazil nuts and 8 pieces of almonds. Nuts are supposed to be good for health. They are low in carbs and are good sources of good fats. The Brazil nuts are yummy. You can very easily overeat them.
- Half a can of rambutan (with the syrup drained).
- A slice of homemade no-bake cheese cake.
- Another mug of black coffee.
